There are Local Training Managers / Local Training Coordinators (LTM/LTC) across Veolia's projects in three divisions.
Training Coordinators are not only responsible for implementing the TNA process and ensuring employees attend appropriate training but also act as a point of contact between Hub Office and each site / plant and providing direction, guidance, and assistance to the operating units in developing training programs.
