Subject Experts are Veolia technical leaders or experts on their own field, who are the keys to apply the methodology of "Veolia Trains Veolia". We count on their expertise to develop competency model, course outlines and analyzing all the training needs at any stage of our process. Meanwhile, 90% of our training program have been developed by consultation with our own Veolia experts.

Our in-house trainers are not full time trainers. They dedicated their efforts to develop the skills for our employees while continue to work at Veolia's various operations. We have a large number of professional trainers contributing to training delivering on technical and management trainings.

They enhance knowledge and best practice transfer and promote training programs across the region and help our business units to attain excellence.

How Trainers are Identified in Veolia?

In Veolia Learning and Development, trainers are identified in 3 ways:

  • Through competency assessments conducted annually

  • Through nomination from the Subject Experts as they work with different entities locally

  • Nomination from the local entities

How to become a certified internal trainer?

Internal Trainer Certification Program (ITCP) is "The way HOW VEOLIA TRAINS VEOLIA"!  Most of the trainers at Veolia are colleagues from different departments.

 

Veolia has developed the Internal Trainer Certification Program (ITCP) with a wide range of Train-The-Trainer programs to support potential trainers internally.
