Exclusively for Managers in Asia, the Veolia Management and Leadership Framework (MDLF) is a series of  leadership programs 

developed based on 12 Leadership Attributes (see below)

MDLF  consists of progressive leadership programs with 5 levels,  focusing in developing the skills required for Veolia leaders, from Emerging Mangers, Team Mangers, Team Leaders, Business Leaders, to Strategic Leaders – in line with Global training program.
