OBJECTIVE

  • Curriculum (3 modules) to ground senior leaders into modern leadership in Veolia – focused on “Veolia's  Purpose” 

  • 12-month learning journey using a 360 leadership profile (LEA 360) with objective feedback from observers 

  • Using an online tracking system, Momentum, to accelerate progress with a personal development plan 

  • Working with small mutual support groups for personal growth and for preparation of business projects

MODULE 1

Inspirational

  • An examination of how your leadership is experienced by others (LEA 360).
     

  • Committing to 4 key bits of LEA research which support Veolia's Purpose

MODULE 2

Entrepreneurial

  • The next key Veolia capability – entrepreneurship to get mindsets to change to flexibility, calculated risk-taking and perseverance. First presentations on Veolia innovations

  • Entrepreneurship – essential preparation for the business projects which will follow Innovation is expanded.
     

  • Persuasive communication is examined in the presentations

MODULE 3

Agile

  • Agile – another foundational leadership capability for Veolia. Shifting from the hierarchical mindset to the catalyst leader mindset. 
     

  • Capturing D and I (generational and cultural) as a key part of this curriculum – to align with Veolia’s agile and D&I imperatives leadership
